Simply Web Services' Linux web servers are located in Peak10 data center, one of the largest and most fault tolerant network facilities in the country. The Peak10 facility is located in Jacksonville, Florida.

Connections to Internet backbones are maintained at redundant data centers located in Florida and North Carolina, connecting directly to most of the major networks including Level3, Qwest, AT&T, Time Warner and Sprint. The network infrastructure is maintained by staff working for the Network Operations Center (NOC) in Florida, and staffed by experienced technicians 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The network currently consists of multiple OC 12 up to OC 192 entry points.
