Once you become a client in good standing with Simply Web Services, you are automatically eligible to participate in our Referral Program. You will receive a credit in the amount of 10% of the total price of the web design project of the new client you refer. For example, if you refer a client to us who buys a $2000 web site, you will receive a credit toward future web site work for the amount of $200! No work is required on your part other than simply referring the new client to us. The new client in turn only needs to mention who referred them. After the new client has paid for their site, your credit will be issued in the amount of 10% of the cost of their job. 

Note: The referral program only applies to initial Web Design Services for new sites. It does not apply to hosting services. 

Referral Credit Policy 

Terminology

Referral Credit — A credit to the recurring monthly fee of a defined set of products.
Referring Customer — The customer who receives the referral credit. 
Referee Customer — The customer who mentioned that someone referred them. 
Eligible Products — Website Design, Hosting, Scanning, Promotion, Advertising. 

Policy 

Now for the rules of the customer referral discount program.
 

• The person you refer can not be yourself.

• You can only use one 10% discount each month. 

• You can not get credit for the same person more than once. 

• The referring customer must be an active Simply Web Services LLC. customer and be in good standings (account paid).

• The referring customer must have purchased an eligible product and the referee customer must be purchasing an eligible product. 

• If the customer becomes inactive, all of their referral credits are canceled. 

• If the customer cancels their eligible product or products, all of their referral credits are canceled. 

• A referral credit can not be refunded. In other words, a referral credit has no cash value. The referral credit only has value if the credit is applied to an eligible product. 

• Double dipping is prohibited. Customer A cannot refer Customer B and then Customer B refer Customer A. 

• The credit only applies to labor, it does not include scripts, programming, hosting or other similar products.
